FaithFlow is alive in real people meeting in real places. One community, Iron and Ember, with small groups forming within it, all rooted in the same principles.

Iron and Ember is the FaithFlow community. Everyone who joins FaithFlow becomes part of it: real people meeting in person in Colorado, walking through faith, discipline, and community together, rooted in Proverbs 27:17, “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” Together we gather for the big things, shared events, trips, and life side by side. Within the community, small groups meet under leaders who know their people.

The Structure

How FaithFlow Groups Work.

One community, Iron and Ember. Within it, small groups stay small and intentional. Every detail serves the same goal. Faithful community, not performance.

  1. Small and Personal

    Small groups stay intentionally small. As Iron and Ember grows, new small groups form within it, each with prayerful leadership and clear structure.

  2. One Shared Identity

    Iron and Ember is the one name everyone shares. The small groups within it carry the same character, rooted in the same FaithFlow principles.

  3. Led with Humility

    Each small group is led by two leaders together, never one alone. They guide and equip. They do not dominate or perform.

  4. Scripture-Rooted

    Scripture and accountability guide everything. The Bible is the foundation, not an afterthought.

  5. Faithful Community

    The goal is faithful community. Not hype, not growth metrics, not performance. Real people doing real life together.

As FaithFlow grows, leaders will emerge prayerfully and faithfully through relationships, time, and shared service. We are not in a hurry to grow.
