Iron and Ember is the first active FaithFlow group and serves as an early model for what future groups may become. A small group of friends meeting in person, walking through faith, discipline, and community together, rooted in Proverbs 27:17, “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.”

The Structure

How FaithFlow Groups Work.

Groups stay small and intentional. Every detail serves the same goal. Faithful community, not performance.

  1. Small and Personal

    Groups stay intentionally small. As interest grows, new groups may be formed with prayerful leadership and clear structure.

  2. Named and Organized

    Each group has its own name, identity, and character, while staying rooted in the same FaithFlow principles.

  3. Led with Humility

    Each group has leaders who serve humbly. Leaders guide and equip. They do not dominate or perform.

  4. Scripture-Rooted

    Scripture and accountability guide everything. The Bible is the foundation, not an afterthought.

  5. Faithful Community

    The goal is faithful community. Not hype, not growth metrics, not performance. Real people doing real life together.
